This is a great company to do business with. Steve Okeefe and his crew do a wonderful job. I recently had my roof done and had a previous home exterior remodel done in the past. They also did a new roof on my Dads house in 2013. The crew does an excellent job in prepping to keep your house clean and safe while they are working on it, and the clean up is phenomenal! Not one nail or any trash after they finish the job. I highly recommend Eagle Build and Remodel!

I would highly recommend Eagle Build and Remodel for your roofing needs. As a home owner, having trust in a company is important. I chose them in 2019 for a roof replacement and was happy with the process and results. And then I contacted them again for recent storm damage repair. I will definitely consider them for future work on my second home. Please read on if you want to know more!
For the 2019 roof replacement, I got 3 quotes. The cheapest quote was from a company that advertises a lot on the radio. The highest quote was from a reputable company that wanted to place a port-a-john on the property. Eagle's quote was in the middle.
I like high quality stuff, but I am on a tight budget. Everone was selling CertainTeed shingles, so I called CertainTeed's corporate office to check on the fabulous warranty being offered by the lowest quoting company. In the process, I found out the lowest quoting salesman offered a 5 star warranty on a 4 star shingle. CertainTeed would not backup the limited lifetime/50 year warranty the local contractor claimed as a chief selling point. I took a strong pass on them. After thinking about the highest quote, I realized it had too many extras, like a secondary ridge vent.
What I realized was that the middle priced quote from Stephen O'Keefe was honest, straightforward, and didn't come with a high-pressure sales pitch. The proposal was for a normally priced roof replacement from a regular guy that wanted to provide a serivice to a customer. It had just what I needed. I liked that a lot.
When planning the job, Stephen took into account special requests I made. For example, I was worried about trucks causing walkway damage so he brought a smaller trailer to haul away the shingles. My neighbor's contractor had already damaged my property so this was important to me. Also, Stephen checked out the vent area after the first rain at my request. He reinforced it for good measure too. He clearly takes pride in his work. It's a bonus that he sends pictures of his roofing work!
After 5 years, and of course a pandemic, the roof was going strong. Then after 2 back-to-back storms my daughter-in-law saw a water stain on the kitchen ceiling. I texted Stephen O'Keefe on a Saturday morning and he got back to me right away. A branch had damaged the roof and he repaired it within hours.
I am going to add on another layer here just to show how much trust matters to a consumer, especially to me as a woman consumer. I had a water heater problem last summer with the runaround from 5 plumbers until the final job was done. Then I bought a gas stove. The wellknown appliance retailer subbed out the install for $300. When writing the gas fitter a check, he told me he liked me so much that he would drop the cost to $300 (the previously contracted price, gee thanks!). And when I had a flat tire, my husband sent me to my auto dealership for a plug. They refused to plug it saying it is illegal. This may be true, but I send in my husband with the same tire, and bingo, tire plugged! I could give you tons of other examples, but life is too short.
If you've read this far, you now know why trust is important to me as a consumer. I never felt like I got the runaround from Eagle Build and Remodel and would use them again!

We had a new deck added to our home . Steve and his crew were great . Polite and professional. They answered all our questions and made suggestions for the best way to extend the deck. You could not ask for better people. I love the placement of my new stairs on the deck too. Even the dog likes the new deck ! They even fixed our storm door that they noticed needed attending to . My home was in need of new finish woodwork and trim for the door casings and baseboard plus we wanted to open up a wall along the staircase and install a bannister with an old knoll post we found at an antique building materials company. We also wanted to lower our kitchen island bar height and add wainscoting and a chair rail along the lower portions of our dining room and kitchen walls. We contracted with Eagle Build and Remodel and I cannot say enough good things about how precise and detailed the work came out. We are thrilled with the results of the work and our home looks amazing after the construction updates and remodeling. I would not hesitate to call anyone else with how well our project came out. Steve had some great ideas and added so many nice touches to the project and am thrilled with the results. On time, on budget, super friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thank you again for remodeling our home and making it feel like the home we always wanted.

Re-roof: I spoke to maybe 7 or more roofing contractors. Most offer all the same stuff… why I decided to go with Steve and Eagle Build was because he was professional, communicated-well, and gave me a fair price for the scope of work.
He seems like the type of guy you can call up if something is wrong, and he’ll just come right over and fix it without any questions or added costs - that mattered to me.
Additionally, I had a newly built deck, sunroom, and patio walk way I was concerned protecting and not damaging. Steve ensured all was protected to the utmost degree

I have worked with Steve O'Keefe and Eagle Build and Remodel for approx 15 years on a number of projects. Steve and his team are all professional. This last project remodel of the kitchen had been in the plans for a bit. I had a pipe burst requiring repairs in the bathroom as well as basement ceiling replacement. Steve was able to provide me direction and a quick quote. Perfect opportunity to move forward with kitchen and bathroom remodel. Steve spent the time to educated me on necessary steps and timeline from picking out cabinets, appliances, faucets, lighting and painting. We also refinished the hardwood floors throughout the house (a disrupting job in itself). Steve assisted me in locating a storage unit, had some of his team move furniture into/out of the unit. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that has been completed. Already discussing next project.

I have used Steve and Eagle Build and Remodel for multiple projects at my home for almost 20 years! Within the last year he resided two dormers, added new mahogany decking and posts to a farmers porch ( he did the same for another porch 19 years ago) and most recently replaced our roof, consisting of a flat rubber section along with a large area of asphalt shingles. The roof was completed in one day even though we thought it could take 2-3 due to the different surfaces! I would not hesitate to use Eagle for any construction project. They are always professional, neat, on time, and very competitive with pricing!

I reached out to Steve last fall to get a quote to reside my house, along with replacing both the front farmers porch and back porch. I found Eagle Build & Remodel through Angie's list; they had so many good reviews I figured why not. Steve came out and took pictures and measurements and I just knew upon meeting him that he was someone I could trust, he answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, the quote he gave me was super reasonable for all the work I was having done. His crew came in April to start the project and everything was finished by the beginning of June. The guys did an amazing job; they arrived early everyday before I left for work and were usually still working when I came home, finishing everything a head of schedule.
